When spring comes, fatigue comes along. I feel tired, useless, bored, and not in the mood for anything. I’m using SL to pretend it’s summer already and I’m back to my July happy self :p

I took Moniq to the beach again, to show you the new skin by Aeva, Lumi. It is a preview of the upcoming line and two makeups are available at The Skin Fair 2013, while another makeup is available at the Adore & Abhor anniversary event.

I’m trying to make my “to blog” folder come down to a reasonable size, but that is too difficult with all the new stuff on the grid. So here’s two looks for today, using both new items and older releases.

What needs to be mentioned: Amacci has a store-wide hair sale. Until January 20th, you can buy color packs for L$95 and fatpacks for L$295.

Also, LaRoo released new shoes. They have prim feet and a hud that, surprisingly, did not make me hate SL and windlights and fashion altogether. I have no idea what happened, but since SL2.8, matching prim feet became a huge PITA. However, as I mentioned two lines above, I managed to match the prim feet to my skin – and did not have to spend my day doing just that!

And speaking of skins, Akeruka just released their new skin Georgia. It has a lovely face, so it’s a pleasure showing it to you!

If you read my previous post, you probably expect to see more FaMESHed on this blog. And guess what! Here’s another look made by mixing and matching items from the venue! Today we have more E! Eclectic Apparel (the Mayu top, which is probably my favorite top name in SL so far) and more Exile (isn’t that hair amazing?), plus these lovely pants by Boom that I definitely want in RL.

Did you check the latest mesh releases at Boom? Well, you should, because those must be the hottest dresses in SL right now. Plus they come in more than 40 colors, which is quite amazing!

Also, Monday Mania organisers  and participating stores are celebrating the 100th edition with gifts for group members. Just check this Calico hair! It comes in fatpack too, plus hairbases included.

When I bought these Ricielli high-waist pants, during the sale earlier this week, I had in mind a business look. That’s not a usual outfit for me or for Moniq. I use business suits for work stuff now and then, but I always need to wear something that’s contrasting with the serious office worker look. So I decided that Moniq should not be the average businesswoman. Unless businesswomen spend their time seducing their business partners

One of the first things people learn about me is that I love green. Light, dark, emerald, jade, apple, lime, you name it. So fellow blogger and designer Corina Carlberg made my day with this lovely green bikini set, which she set as dollarbie on the marketplace.

So I dressed up for the beach. I added a pair of sexy shorts by Boom, my beloved prim feet by SLink, a hair with hat by Kletva available at the Dressing Room Blue and some jewelery available at the Accessory Fair: bangles by Sin&Virtue and a necklace by R.A. Crystal. It’s actually a set, but you can’t really see the earrings because of the hair.

I made a comfy look for today, close to my RL summer looks – minus the cowboy hat and makeup.  But the Mynerva group gift skin is too beautiful not to use! For the outfit, I chose a top and a skirt available at Culture Shock and I accessorized it with new releases by Le Poppycock and Boom.
