I took a short break from Skin Fair blogging, while I’m visiting my parents. However, I got some photos done before I left town, so I can blog them during the weekend. The time I have to blog is short though, so this post will also be short.

So for today, we have the new Mons  skin for The Skin Fair 2013, Cat, and a lovely dress by Peqe available at a new event, The Boutique by the Liaison Collaborative.

A lovely FAKE

FAKE Skins is a brand new to me. However, I discovered that their new skin, Miel, is very pretty on Moniq, it has a cute face and the body detail is pretty good, so you might want to give it a try.

Also, Miamai has a new store with some new releases – and some gifts for the group members. For the opening day, store cards were 50% off. I think that offer ended now, but check back for more new releases and offers!

Plus: these Mistift skirts by The Plastik are pretty amazing. They come in lots of prints and colors and it’s so hard to decide which one is the prettiest. I went for the Hippie one, because it seemed to be the most colorful.

It’s (almost) all about the love

And a bit about vampires, but I’ll get to that later.

But, first, let’s talk about love! The third edition of With Love Hunt starts on November 30. Get ready, 76 stores are participating and each will have a great prize for you. Each item costs $L10, but is worth at least $L400, so save some money, because the prizes will be well worth it!

Now about the vampires thing. I’ve been trying hard to keep the unpleasant part of my life away from my mind these days, so I’m reading the Twilight books (yeah, I know!). And since I didn’t see the movies – and I don’t plan to – I made two looks for Moniq the way I imagine Alice  (first photo) and Rosalie (second photo). All clothing, accessories and skins are prizes in the With Love Hunt <3, so check them out!

Culture Shock & More!

More Culture Shock sneak peeks today (I remembered to write that one right!) plus a new ColdLogic release! And yes, in a weird turn of life, I like yellow these days!

So many events started or are about to start this month! I feel overwhelmed because so many designers have made so many good stuff out there!

FaMESHed and Motif* just launched on May 1st and Culture Shock starts on the 4th. FaMESHed is a place where mesh designers have special items out, while Motif* is a collaborative monthly event with fun themes and lovely items.

Culture Shock is one of the top fashion events on the grid, with about 180 designers participating. You will find new, small stores there, but also names that make you want to spend ALL your moneyz when you hear them :p Each store has at least one exclusive item with sales going to Médecins Sans Frontières, so be sure to drop by when the event opens!

I made two quick looks using mostly Culture Shock items, but also some FaMESHed and Motif* specials. Since it’s a quick look, no close-ups, most of the items will be featured again for a better view, so stay tuned!
